Roger
I’m one of the two Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers and responsible for professional advice. I have been practicing as a Surveyor for approximately thirty years. Early experience was with Loss Adjusting for structural damage investigation such as subsidence before moving to valuation and survey work. I have seen employment with large organisations such as Halifax Surveyors and Tesco. Always happy to talk through your requirements but afternoons are best as we’re typically on surveys from 8.00 am until 1.00pm. We will provide your personalised quote as each property is different.
Deb
I’m Debbie and Roger’s wife and Glen’s mum. We’ve been working together since the birth of our business and I’m responsible for answering the phone, dealing with queries, keeping records updated and typing up all the reports that Roger does (in a 24 hour turnover time). As Roger and Glen are typically in a loft or looking in an inspection chamber most mornings I’m your best point of contact for telephone enquiries. I also make a good cup of tea and occasionally have to be chief motivator in the firm!
Glen
I am a third-generation Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with 15 years of professional experience in the residential property sector, specialising in Mortgage Valuations, Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys. Having followed two generations of Surveyors into the profession, I have developed a strong appreciation for the importance of technical expertise and providing clients with clear, impartial and well-informed advice to help them make the right decision when buying a property.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in assessing residential properties, identifying defects, and delivering reliable advice to clients, lenders and other property professionals.
Alongside my surveying work, I have been a member of the Expert Witness Institute, reflecting my commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice and providing independent, evidence-based expert opinion. I combine traditional surveying values and experience with a practical, modern approach, ensuring that every instruction is handled with diligence, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of my client's requirements.
Bolly & Tatty
We also have two twin British Blue cats called Bolly and Tatty and who are referred to as The Diva Twins. They “help” in the office most mornings and especially enjoy it when Deb is scanning or printing a document. They are most certainly, part of our team. They would however, be much better at making tea if they had thumbs.
